Thanks for sharing this simulation. I was looking for exactly the same approach (modelling the interarrival timing) but it seems you missed the core method: the step method for Customer, it seems you pasted twice the same piece of code. Would you please paste the correct piece of code or link the github repo? I'm sure your audience (me for sure ;)) would appreciate!
